Locum Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to provide locum coverage for upcoming vacation gaps and ongoing needs in Pennsylvania. This assignment offers a consistent call schedule, strong APP support, and a manageable case mix focused entirely on trauma.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Morning rounding, consults, and 100% surgical trauma cases
- On-call coverage from 4:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 24-hour call shifts (6a–6a)
- APPs handle first call; physician serves as second call
- Perform trauma-related surgical procedures as needed
- Case Mix includes ORIF, intramedullary nailing, fracture care, irrigation & debridement, and hardware removal
- Patient Population: 95% adult / 5% pediatric
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Required: Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
- DEA required
- Pennsylvania license preferred
