Founding Gastroenterologist / Clinical Director
An established group private practice is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its new Dallas, Texas location as a Founding Gastroenterologist and Clinical Director.
This position is intended for a gastroenterologist with 2–3+ years of post-fellowship experience who is interested in both clinical practice and physician leadership. The Clinical Director will have an opportunity to participate in the development of the new practice and receive equity ownership in the practice platform.

- Monday–Friday schedule

Clinical Director Role
The Clinical Director will work with leadership to establish and develop the Dallas practice. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing high-quality clinical care
- Helping establish clinical workflows and standards
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of future physicians and APPs
- Participating in practice development and operational planning
- Serving as a clinical leader for the Dallas location
- Collaborating with leadership as the practice grows

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- 2–3+ years of post-fellowship experience
- Clinically strong and committed to high-quality patient care
- Interested in physician leadership and practice development
- Comfortable working in a growing organization
- Interested in equity participation and long-term involvement in the practice
