A large, physician-led health system in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing Gastroenterology program. The incoming physician will join an established team with immediate patient demand and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one.

 

• Join an established team consisting of 1 Advanced Gastroenterologist and 1 General Gastroenterologist, with plans to grow to a 4-physician practice

• Seeking a bread-and-butter General Gastroenterologist; ERCP experience welcomed but not required

• Shared 1:4 call schedule supported by locum tenens coverage

• Approximately 3.5 to 4 procedure days per week with 1 dedicated clinic day

• Dedicated inpatient APP support

• Hospitalists manage admissions while Gastroenterology serves as a consultative service

• Brand-new clinic located adjacent to the hospital

• Attached ambulatory surgery center with future physician investment opportunities available

• Strong multidisciplinary support from Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, and Hospital Medicine

• Cancer care affiliation with a nationally recognized cancer network

• Physician-led organization with strong administrative support and scheduling flexibility

• H-1B candidates will be considered

• J-1 visa sponsorship is not available
