100K Recruitment Package | Gastro In/Outpatient | 1 Week Off Each Month | NC

Position Highlights:
• Join a hospital-employed GI practice and work 2 weeks outpatient, 1 week inpatient, and have 1 week off every month. Plus, an additional 30 days PTO annually.
• Seeking General Gastroenterologist + ERCP (proctoring available). Call is taken during your in-patient week.
• Non-profit UNC community hospital, also serving as a regional referral site for surrounding areas. Epic EMR.
• Leadership role available for experienced candidates interested in service line growth/development and providing mentorship to incoming physicians.
• Financial package includes 602K base with productivity and quality incentives and a 100K recruitment incentive package. Full HR benefits, paid malpractice with tail coverage, excellent retirement plans, tax-deferred saving options, and more. PSLF eligible site. J1 and H1b visa support.
• Access major metro areas including Raleigh < 1 hour, Durham/Chapel Hill 2 hours and Charlotte 3 hours.
