Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care without the pressure of quotas or billing targets? We have an exciting part-time (28 hours/week) opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) to join an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Chesterton & Merrillville, Indiana.
In this unique role, you’ll focus on quality, outcomes, and prevention—not volume. Join a mission-driven team that’s redefining primary care by prioritizing physician autonomy, smaller patient panels, and whole-person wellness.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $140,000–$192,500 base salary (for 28 hrs/week; negotiable based on experience)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Must be comfortable seeing patients ages 6 and up
- Procedure experience is a big plus!
