We have a rewarding opportunity for a forward-thinking Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Ped) to join an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Oconomowoc, WI, a charming lakefront community in Wisconsin’s beautiful “Lake Country”, yet situated within the Greater Milwaukee Metropolitan Area, the economic and industrial hub of the region, with easy access to the City’s rich cultural life.
You will provide advanced primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles at a modern, employer-sponsored health center in a practice model focused on optimizing the value of a personalized, physician-patient relationship.
