Endocrinologist - Permanent Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our growing, patient-centered healthcare team in Goodyear, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments for endocrine-related conditions
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic testing including laboratory work and imaging
Treatment Planning & Management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, hormone therapy, and lifestyle interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and evidence-based best practices
Patient Education & Support
- Educate patients and families on chronic disease management, prevention strategies, and treatment adherence
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to support long-term health outcomes
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with primary care providers, surgeons, dietitians, nurses, and other specialists
- Participate in case reviews and care coordination to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
Research & Professional Development
- Stay current with emerging trends, therapies, and guidelines in endocrinology

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
- Adhere to all institutional, state, and federal regulatory requirements
Skills
Qualifications
Education
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
Board Status
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Board certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency
Licensure
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility through IMLC
Experience
- No minimum years of experience required
- Prior experience in a patient-focused or fast-paced clinical setting preferred
