Position Highlights:

Diverse team: 4 general, 3 interventional, and 2 electrophysiologists
1–2 days/week of outreach within 30 minutes of the hospital
Manageable volume: ~22 patients/day with balanced clinic/inpatient focus
1:6 call with generous APP and hospitalist support; additional call pay optional
Imaging resources: Echo, TEE, Nuclear/PET, CT—state-of-the-art technology
Cleveland Clinic Connected site with shared protocols and CME
$600K base salary + $100K sign-on bonus
Value-based compensation model—no RVU targets
39 days PTO, $4K CME, and full benefits
Fully integrated EPIC EMR
