Job Overview:

An established Heart and Vascular practice is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cardiologist with Advanced Heart Failure experience to establish and lead a Heart Failure program.
Comprehensive Heart and Vascular program – Join a team of Structural Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiology, General Cardiology, EP Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, and CVT Surgery.
Robust clinical and administrative support including large team of experienced NP and PA
Establish and lead an Advanced Heart Failure program within a resource rich organization
Compensation includes base salary, quality and production incentive bonuses, and medical director stipend. Comprehensive benefits, recruitment incentive bonus, and relocation offered.
Heart Failure Fellowship training preferred but not required
