Call: Approx. 1:6 weekends (phone call only)
Rounding: None
Start Date: Flexible / As soon as available

Requirements / Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York (or ability to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Minimum 1+ year of experience in primary care (preferred, but open depending on fit)
Strong clinical skills in outpatient settings
Ability to manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
Experience with EPIC or similar EHR systems (preferred)
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
